Here we have answered some of our most frequently asked questions for you, but please do get in touch if there is anything else you would like to know before making a booking with us.

To provide you with a quotation, we will need to know your transport requirements, such as the distance our vintage bus will travel and how long you would like the hire for. Please provide us with the addresses you would like our vintage bus to collect and drop off and timings please so we can provide you with an accurate quotation.

The deposit amount required will be agreed with you at the time of booking. Any deposit requested must be paid by within 7 days of the date of the booking confirmation and payment in full must be made 30 days before the hire unless otherwise agreed.

We accept card payments over the phone including Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, bank transfers and cash payments.

We can provide modern coach transportation for evening journeys. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Subject to availability you are welcome to hire as many vintage buses as you need and we are happy to help you with organising the logistics.

Yes, we will be very happy to show you our immaculate fleet of vintage buses should you wish to see them before making a booking. Visits are strictly by appointment only to ensure our lovely buses are available for you to view.

Special destination blinds are very popular amongst our clients and we are happy to help organise a custom blind for your wedding or event which will be made to fit the vintage bus you choose to hire. Please note that we require advance notice to organise a special destination blind for you and there will be an extra cost for this service.

We will provide a decorative white ribbon on the front of the bus for wedding hires.

As our lovely buses are vintage, we do not have PA systems installed on board to play music. However you are welcome to bring your own portable boombox, band, magician or even sing your own rendition of “Summer Holiday” on board for your guests to enjoy during the journey.

We do not allow alcoholic drinks on board our vintage buses. If you would like to bring food or water on board then please ensure you confirm this with us before your hire. Please assign a member of your party to dispose of all rubbish before leaving the bus.

Our gorgeous fleet of vintage buses are based in Weston-super-Mare and we will accept bookings for destinations within a 20 mile radius from our base. We regularly frequent Bath, Bristol, Taunton, Minehead, Cheddar and our home town Weston-super-Mare with our vintage wedding buses.
